If he graduated, he could play immediately (see Jacob Coker). I don't know if they could restrict a graduate transfer, but he was released so that doesn't matter. I haven't been able to find anything about a restricted release, but it sounds like something Little Nicky would do.

He predicted Francois and the Lil 3. Seems like he predicted the OL that we lost to Syracuse. And he predicted "big announcement this weekend" every weekend. He predicted the Oregon WR coach. Most of which were wrong and all of which is wrong if CeCe leaves.
