Recruiting Early Signing Day 2021

Trask is showing as a late 1st and high 2nd right now. But this isn't a qb heavy draft either. Last year he would have been a late day two to mid day three pick.

The 2020 draft had 3 guys. Trask goes ahead of Hurts and Love. He consistently grades out with dude look like a lady as the top two pocket passers in the draft. Everyone else, including Fields, grades out far below them. I’m just talking about maturity in the pocket. Trask won’t go ahead of Dude-lady, Fields, or Wilson due to the differences in physical ability. Lance is a possibility as I wouldn’t go near him. There will potentially be 6 QBs drafted in the first two rounds.

Due to physicals Love would gone before Trask (though I'm not a Love fan), Hurts was a bad pick when he was picked, but it's the Eagles. Trask would have gone before Fromm and Eason (day three picks). Outside of Burrows, Herbert, Tua, and Love there were no other day one or two grades in last years draft. Trask would have been a day three pick because of their being four. This year their is 2 qb, and a bunch of question marks, and their is a huge difference in the draft with having 4 first round grade qbs and only having 2. I could see Trask going 3rd qb off the board or the 7th. Due to the issues we have discussed before maheo.

What are you talking about, everyone is arguing who goes first or second between Lawrence and Fields. Throw in that dude out west and Trask and you have 4 QB's in the first round?

Right not the fouw highest grades are Lawrence, Fields, Kid from NDS, and BYU kid. Then Trask and Jones keep bouncing in front of each other. I think the kid of of NDS might have shot himself in the foot by his school not playing, and BYU kid hurt himself against coastal carolina.

In last years draft Lawrence would have been a top 10 pick, Fields maybe a top 20 (before Love), the kid from NDS and BYU) wouldn't make day one and possibly not even day two.

To minimize Mullen's QB accomplishments is silly. He's shown he can win at a high level with pro style and dual threat QB's having had Alex Smith DT (#1 pick, NFL starter) Leak Pro (MNC), Tebow DT (Heisman, MNC, 1rd NFL) Dak DT (3 star, NFL starter).

And now he's taken a 2 star nobody Trask (Pro) and made him a Heisman candidate. If you think those aren't assets he can claim to recruits I don't know what to tell you. He's as good as any other QB coach/OC in the NCAA. So why can't he land a big time, 5 star QB?

But youre right, AR isnt a fit for most systems but he is test tube perfect for Mullinz single wing/sideways passing offense.

I do t remember him ever being a 3* but he certainly was not originally a 5* i believe he was a high 4 but he’ll that was 13 years ago
