End of comments on the firing. Saying they are good football coaches is tantamount to saying that you (Mullen) is not. I'd have that comment carefully scripted out and well rehearsed. I wouldn't have answered anything else that lead me to say they were good coaches. They aren't.

Here's one of my many problems with Mulls. He's the CEO. All CEOs screw up. I've screwed up. When they do it's their job to minimize the damage. It's their job EVEN IF they are on the way out the door. He knew he had at least five potential hard ball questions coming to him in that Presser. In 30 minutes he could have anticipated them and thought through the least damaging way to answer them. He didn't need a PR person. He's a 7mil CEO. He just took those questions on the fly and made things worse. He's just clueless.

On second thought maybe he does need a PR person. He's not going to bother.

Between this and the motivation BS, I'm pissed. He admitted he does not feel the need to motivate his team to play! Well no ****, we see the on-field product and it looks unmotivated. He's got to go.

I dont have long on this earth and I really had hoped that I could see just one more NC in Gainesville before I go. This whole situation sucks a big one. Firing some worthless ass position coaches to try to cover up the HC failures is simply a waste of good time that we could be using to find a real coach that might actually win and be able to recruit. This whole thing sucks ass.
