Mullen would consider an OC job beneath him at this point - no way he goes that route.
- Just maybe. he'll join Strong in JAX.

Again, I don't think Meyer has any interest in having Mullen on his staff ever again.
I don't think it would be all that poorly received if Meyer hired Mullen as OC. Despite living in an information age, a lot of people are very slow on the uptake. Many think Mullen is still an offensive guru and QB whisperer, just like many think Kiffin is still a childish brat.Given the considerable heat Meyer is under, and it's plenty, the last thing he would do is hire him. Meyer is already struggling to get out from under the you're only a College football coach moniker.

Hell to pay from who? Jaguars fans? All 37 of them? There would be hell to pay. I really believe that.
Gordo do you live in Jax? Fans? Disgruntled former fans ready to burn couches? The local media ready to do worse. It's nasty here. Urban is in salvage what I can of my image mode.Hell to pay from who? Jaguars fans? All 37 of them?
Then bringing on board Mullen will sent Meyer direct to the salvage yard for a crushing.Gordo do you live in Jax? Fans? Disgruntled former fans ready to burn couches? The local media ready to do worse. It's nasty here. Urban is in salvage what I can of my image mode.
Oh please. All 37 Jag fans welcomed Meyer there because of his success at nearby Florida, and Mullen played an integral role in that.Gordo do you live in Jax? Fans? Wrong. Mediocre Coordinator, 50th or worse offense 9 of the last 12 years. Below average HC.
He'll also be stupid enough to reunite with what's his name as DC.He'll be coaching Syracuse next year.
Cheap gas is just as important as red-zone efficiency.
This is backfiring on us. We put that in to keep the next Mushchump from stealing our recruits next time. he was actually recruiting against us the last few weeks while still at UF.I saw somewhere that there was a clause in his contract that said he can't coach in the SEC for atleast a year. Don't know how true or false this is but it would be nice to not have to see or hear from him for a few years!
Who would be surprised? That represents just how damaged is Mullen. He'll also be stupid enough to reunite with what's his name as DC.
