Napier has lots of room to grow as a coach. Anything not yet “great” about his approach has to evolve and improve. Saban was willing to change it up at Bama while Billy was there, and Napier should be willing to do the same. If not, his legacy will be getting the infrastructure caught up with our rivals if nothing else.
