No smothering, hustling defense
No disciplined shot selection
No unselfish play

What happened?

Eventually you are what your coach is. The new players have had what made them good coached out of them

This might be the worst loss in our history....beyond unacceptable and embarrassing

But beyond tonight, something is just off the last few years with our program....the O Dome atmosphere is lethargic, attendance half empty, etc..things you never saw in the Billy years...I never missed a game in the Billy years, under White I switch channels, sometimes DVR the game, etc....just not the same

I knew what the flaws were from game 1 and stated every game since:

Lack of size
No consistent shooting (9-45 from 3 last 2 games)
Poor ballhandling

What looked to be a strength was an aggressive smothering defense which has devolved into an out of control, no discipline, gambling, overplaying disaster.

Look for this to be MW’s last season.
