Interesting story to piggyback on your statement and I might have said this before but I go to church with a young man that was a Sr 2 years ago with Carson Beck. This was a kid who was also being recruited by smaller schools himself so anytime UF would come theyd speak with him as well and he was close with Carson. Anyway right after Beck went through the fake phase with UF I was talking to him and he was telling me anytime Mullen was around he genuinely seems like a fake person to him. Said he would mentioned his shoes when he was there. Moral of this story is like you said it seemed forced with Mullen and not real and that's how one recruit thought of him

Based on his class rankings, I’d bet that’s what a lot of recruits thought of him.

This is a good summation of just how far we’ve fallen; excitement that a 5* visited. Not committed, just visited. Sigh……

I have watched this kid. I’d love to know why he isn’t rated higher. He is athletic. He is outstanding at jump balls, even catching them while the corner is committing pass interference. What am I missing? He isn’t a 5 star athlete, but he should be rated higher.
