If it happens to FSU will be epic but a kid should not be able to even hear what NIL deals he can be offered until he signs. No different than a coach walking in with a blank check and giving it to a recruits parents. If that's the case we don't need to recruit we need to have an auction.

This kid used his brain and found the loophole most knew existed. Take the cash, give JSU 2 years as a starter, transfer out to a top 10 school, play another year or two and go to the NFL. The league seems to give 2 ****s what these top kids do or where they go. Once anointed a top 10 recruit, you're almost guaranteed to go to the league. Why not be loaded while you do your 3 year stint.
