It just sucks. Thursday night is pretty much a non starter for my family of 4, and if like last year it winds up being stream only, it’s just another degree of separation from a team I love and a squad I want to wrap my arms around.

Ironically, making it a weeknight last year made it convenient for me and the fam as we were headed to the in-laws in Pasco. Hmmm…..maybe we’ll visit them again this April…..

Scotty knew he couldn’t be in two places at the same time, and felt duty-bound to attend the already scheduled SEC women’s golf championship in Birmingham Wed-Sun that weekend. So having the game Thursday night will allow him to attend the golf tourney during the day, fly back to Hogtown for the O&B game before flying back to Birmingham Friday morning. In his mind it was a pretty small sacrifice that had to be made in the interest of diversity and equity.

Isn't it obvious why this game is on a Thursday night? And if it turns out to be stream only it becomes more obvious. CBN is not all to fired up to show what lousy QBs we have. Perhaps the BIG 10 network could show it live since it has their rejects under center.....

If it were this Thursday, I could have flexed my white privilege and attended after an expensive meal at an exclusive restaurant. Since the game’s next week, Junior and I will prolly hit a drive-thru on Thursday before driving down to the in-laws for Easter.
