You can't be serious? That was 16 years ago, offenses were so basic back then they pretty much where wearing leather helmets compared to what type of offenses have to go up against today! Apples and oranges comparison. You think that defense would fare that well against these offense today? Heck no!

These defenses aren’t even comparable. This defense is significantly worse than 2007.

We don't have nearly the talent we had on the 2007 defense nor do we have a comparable offense or special teams to 2007.

Possibly. I just don't see seem shelling out that kind of money. But I also don't know that he'd leave Oregon for us. Especially since they may make the playoffs. Granted he'd definitely be a stud. But I just don't see our boosters paying 80+ million for a head coach after it's all said and done

Not trolling here ... I honestly think the defense is just physically worn out. We are more talented this year but we are young. And we still aren't nearly talented enough on the defense. We have a few spots but lack any talented depth.

From my eyes they seem slow to react, out of position, all of that. We all see it. You don't think we are practicing too hard, do you? Like, we are over trained?

Not debating you. It doesn't matter if only a couple of coaches won NCs year 2. What matters is how many coaches have improved their team by reasonable measure year 2. The answer to that is many.

At this point I think were stuck next year. Right now it's only a 3 game losing streak but we'll get a better feel once it hits 4 games then 5....

Top that off with the fact our 2 BIGGEST rivals will likely be in the playoffs which will be like throwing gas on a fire, and then there may be some smoke to report on.

I don't think it's from practicing too hard. I just think the grind of the season, with not enough body's to rotate, has taken its toll. They don't have legs. I've seen it get worse as the season progressed.

That's what I see.

The OL scares me more than the defense for next year (assuming the class holds)

Big difference is, Barn always wants to win, this University doesn't. We just don't have people in charge that have a passion for being elite in football, unfortunately all our rivals do.

Was just about to say we don't want that peace of Trash. He is a fake human being, Billy is 100 times the man he is and true to his word. Heck throw Lane Kiffin in there as well, you seen how he fared against the best team in the nation tonight, him and his top 10 ranked Ole Miss team got boat raced. You want that here at Florida? And have you seen how he treated that kid he kicked off the team for mental health? Makes me sick just looking at him. Freeze and Kiffin are a win at all cost type of guys, and we seen how that worked out with Urban Liar. No thank you
