Hearty welcome, Bama&GatorFan. Wow!... never seen a joined Saturday before.

Was it a Fraudian-slip, but Chimp say's "You need to be a CEO.I've never been a CEO."
Odd since first impression is paramount, why wasn't he a CEO at UF ? Probly 'cause he
can only be an ankle biting SOB-dawg. Feel sorry for those USCe players that want units
on both sides of the ball to support each other.

Chimp sounded so good up there ... wait 'til they see-hear his sideline echoes.
Whoppee-no-cushion, his in-state rival is Dabo-Clemson.
Byron Cowart now has "who-knows" to develop his career for the NFL ? What a great
UF-place and UF coach-staff on an uprising CFB program he poo-pooed (all over himself).

Quote from Muschamp in ESPN article...

***************************************************************************************************
The coach said he is better prepared for another opportunity in the competitive league.

"It's kind of like marriage," Muschamp said. "That first year, there's a little adjustment. By that fifth year, you're doing a little better."
***************************************************************************************************

Therein lies his dilemma. He only expects to be doing a little better by that fifth year, which explains a lot. By year four 4-8 to 7-5 by year five.

Whereas McElwain expects to win them all, in year one.

More comedic gold from CockyTalk:

"The real question is can he build off his first four years at UF and start winning his 5th, 6th and 7th year as a HC. Both men did a very good job those years. The programs needed built up and cleaned up. They did that.

I expect CWM to get us where we want to be very soon. I can't predict w's and l's, but I expect us to compete for the east within a year or two. I honestly believe if we find a QB next year, we can a lot of success."

"Great post. I really feel like Florida would be in even better shape if they would have kept Muschamp. I feel like we might have won the lottery with this hire."

"It seems more people may be starting to believe what I do: that UF fired Muschamp prematurely and they would have had, at least, the same success this year if he and his staff had been retained. Honestly, it's possible they could have been even better since the offensive players would have been in Roper's system for a year."

"I wouldn't put winning the east out the picture."

You know good and well Dunce has already called all of our recruits and will try to poach our coaches as well. How long before he pulls a Leyer and cries NCAA violation? Jackass.

I dont think its gonna happen but I wish we could keep the same staff together for at least 3 years. Unless one position is just not progressing, I say keeping them together without disruption is the way to go....too bad its easier said than done.

Just total embarrassment.

This is like that 0-16 Detroit Lions team assembling that same staff again for another franchise.
