Was always interested in virtual reality, back to the early 90s. The way things were going, it looked like it was going to be the next big thing right around the year 2000. Then for some reason it petered out and didn't show up again until a few years ago.

I bought one of these headsets you can put your phone in. It's kind of an introductory way to do it, but I wanted to see what it was like. I have to say some of it is pretty darn cool, although a few of the games have given me vertigo.

Anyone else using these things?

I bought a similar unit a few months ago and it is pretty impressive.

My cousin's husband works for Microsoft and is working on VR stuff. Tested out their prototype when we were out there last month, pretty freaking cool! Was killing giant bugs and creatures all over their house. Then watched an insanely realistic ballerina doing pirouettes in their kitchen. The headset was a bit heavy and part of what they're working on improving, but the technology was very cool.

You know it's all about porn, right?

And what the hell is going to happen to society when Joe Sixpack can come home and have virtual sex with Scarlett Johanssen whenever he feels like it?

You know the ONLY reason guys work out is so we can get laid. Pretty much everything we do is so we can get laid. Bill Clinton became president because of it. Elvis Presley sang songs because of it. Richard Pryor told jokes because of it.

Imagine a world where guys give up entirely on grooming, lose all motivation to better themselves and improve their station in life. That's what's going to happen if any fat, bald, smelly guy living in a trailer can have an orgy with half a dozen Victoria's Secret models. That's all he needs. Ramen noodles and VR porn.

It's coming I tell you. The end is nigh!

So, how do we look? Virtually? Are we all Victoria Secret models?
