The Historic District is nice. If money were no object, I'd just buy a house in there and stick to that area. Or better yet, just live on Tybee Island. On second thought, you'd love Savannah. You should pack your sh*t and head over there immediately.
The Historic District is the ONLY thing that's nice. If you drive around the rest of the city you'll see what I'm talking about. Like I said, cool place to visit but I wouldn't reside there for anything. The Historic District is nice. If money were no object, I'd just buy a house in there and stick to that area. Not georgia.
You're not a descendant of General Sherman are you?
Costa Rica
I'll pass. Thanks.Beautiful climate, ultra-favorable exchange rate (you'd be instantly rich), friendly to Americans, access to Gator Chatter. You really should exchange PMs with Blonde. She lived there several years and loved it.
Detroit? Cleveland? Toledo?Anywhere that's not cool and trendy.
Same here. Been to Marathon on vacation a couple of times and hell yeah I wouldn't mind being there for the fishing alone. It can get a little crowded at times though. I think we'll probably end up in Vero Beach in a few years mostly for it's practicality(close to family in Orlando). But it is nice and mostly quiet there without a lot of the riff raff you get in a lot of places in Florida. The Middle Keys. I'm a Florida boy and some of the best fishing in the world is at your fingertips. From skinny water to big game fishing. Never need to put on anything other than a tshirt, shorts and flip-flops.
