First time poster bit of a lurker..Everything is cool they are vettting Chips coaching list and thats whats taking so long but they are doing this so when he is officially hired all the background stuff is out of the way and he can come out guns blazing in recruiting because he will pretty much know who his staff is and that way he doesn't have to leave recruits in the dark on who there position coaches will be. So whats taking longer now will make the process faster later PS il get a Avi

Ole Miss forum has someone posting info from "those in the know" suggesting that the old UAA regime refused Kelly full control and it's off.
