My best Gainesville and Swamp moments are typically one in the same. Was there from 02 to 08 since I worked my way thru school also.

I lived off Caribbean Spice. The bread and carrot cake there were awesome too. The day I left I bought a bag of twenty meat and cheese pies so I could wean myself off them slowly.

My diet was basically Caribbean Spice and Gyro Plus for years.

Does Micanopy count? Otherwise, the night of partying when we "won" our first SEC championship.

Just a dang minute ... I worked at Rock 104 from 84-86 Harry G. was the manager back then.
I started 2-6 in the morning... ended up doing morning drive and then went over to the country station GC-101 the last 6 months before graduation.

I did morning drive in the spring of 85....my focus was on TV...but did the 7th day album feature on Sunday nights...would put an album on...walk outside to the stairwell, smoke a joint, and come back in time for side one to end. I sent you message to see if we know each other...or should I say "remember" each other...LOL

Best football memory.
1. Beating TN in a sunny, humid, rainfall in BHG....I believe it was the fourth game against Peyton, ensuring he'd never beat us

2. F$U in the Swamp, night game (can't remember the year) with Jacquez Green catching a pass and running 70yds, getting tackled because he ran out of gas. I have never screamed so much, or for so long, in my life as I did that night. Seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack and I didn't care one lick as long as it helped us kick their ass.

3. Win at USCe, night game, sometime around 96-98. Wife to be was in grad school at UVA and we met in Columbia for the weekend. Crap tickets at the very top row of the stadium. By halftime we were on row 1 at the 50yd line sharing high fives with the players.

Best G'ville memory.
Born in Shands, lived there until I was 33, so it's a tough one for me to answer. I'll go with playing wingman at the Porpoise one night and finding my wife.
