I think that EJ should get a shot. I also think Franks could solidify the spot. Mullen knows we need more production and accuracy on deep balls.

I don’t think this is a Muschamp blind loyalty to Driskel situation

Mullen said before this season he expected our qb’s to improve dramatically by year 2. If FF improves as suggested he will be our QB.

I very much doubt EJ will be our starter, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him take over mid-season.

This seems pretty likely. Franks starts spraying it all over the field, fumbling a time or two, EJ comes in and leads a few TD drives and becomes the starter. We can't count on teams losing their best player (Vandy) or shutting down their offense (Muschump) or having players sit out (Michigan) to win games next year.

FF Starts and even improves on last year.
One of the Running QBs is the future but not yet.

Trask graduates and transfers to USF and lights it up under Kerwin and the lack of compitition.

what's wrong with being an ass?

The ASS is okay until you start talking "College Play-Offs"

What I really find awesome is: whatever QB Mullen decides on, he'll be above average or better, our OL looks to MUCH improved, our recruiting classes are now Top 10 and the sharks are no longer molested.

I'm counting on the Mullen/Johnson consortium to improve all our aspiring QBs.
Mullen gets Franks to improve his weak areas just 15%, he will be our QB and should be a top producing SEC QB.

EJ and maybe JJ will grow, with EJ performing like Malik Davis on his runs but not bashing tacklers back like 245 lb Franks can and will.

I'm most expectant of success in DM's schemes that will open up our great cadre of WRs & TEs, that will cause lanes to open for Perrine, Davis, Pierce, and etc newcomers. I'm happily anticipating what Jacob Copeland can do.
Punting is a wrap, along with long FGs.

This 2019 team might just "tear it up". More quality players acting with newfound unity might just gel our defense to being top-notch.? So, we averaged 35ppg last year; what scores might we enjoy in 2019? We're on our way, now.

I think you're wrong on this assessment w/ Franks. The biggest reason the offense moved the ball so well after Missouri is Mullen finally let Franks run. He didn't look like a natural all the time, but he picked up big chunks of yards on plays he would have been forced to hand off earlier in the year. IMO, this is why the offense looked so much better post-Missouri blowout loss. If Franks continues to run like he did and improves his completion percentage it'll be hard for him to lose the job - unless he has a total meltdown game. EJ needs to add weight plain and simple. If he comes in at 200 or less he'll be injured within a game or two of SEC play. I do agree w/ Law that JJ will redshirt (hopefully he gets in his 4 games though).

Something about "million posts" triggered a part of the Asperger's Vulcan brain, think Bucky to Winter Soldier, to post like a fire hydrant with the cap broken off.

I think you're best to just let it flow. I doubt there is any stopping it.
