I really really like him. Can play the 4/3 and is super athletic and skilled. I've heard he may try and get a waiver to play this year, but that is unlikley

I agree and like that he has to sit out a year. The minutes are not really there for him next year, but the following two year UF well might need another athletic undersized 4.

As one of the guys I talk UF basketball with said, let's hope we do not have to hear all throughout his sit out year that Duruji the best player in practice and will dominate when eligible as we heard with Macklin, Rosario, Hudson etc.

I am confident that he can be a nice contributor for UF. I do not want to hear him over hyped for a year.

Very well could be. Mann is probably our best scorer, Lewis best defender and all around player, after that it's just a lot of potential that Druji is right up there

Blackshear may delay the progress of Stokes/Payne and may even lead to transfers by Stokes or Bassett. So you only take him if you think the rotation of Nembhart, Mann, Locke, Lewis, Johnson and Payne or Stokes puts UF right at the cusp of making a tourney run and Blackshear will put UF over the top. I think this might be the case and I think White very likely believes it is the case.
