Musical chairs is generally a terrible idea for the rest of the team. Spurrier was able to manage that but very few can. The team needs a consistent leader at QB to rally behind. Just going out on a limb here since you seem to think they were about equal and struggled the same... Richt probably went with the guy that knew the playbook better and had better chemistry (which he probably developed in the extra years he had with the team) with the rest of the guys. It’s frustrating for us fans when the exciting back up isn’t in but there’s normally a reason for that...I'd agree with that if N'Kosi struggled with the same plays that Rosier did but he was clearly better when given the chance. Perry messed up, as any RS Freshman would, and Richt immediately took him out and put Rosier back in.If Richt really knew what he was doing he wouldn't have played musical chairs with them both during the season.
