He has done absolutely nothing that Butters didnt do, except have WiLLLLLLLie on the schedule.
I’m genuinely concerned for your well being.

If you sincerely can’t see the difference between Butters’ teams and Mullen’s teams, then I don’t know what to tell you. Has Mullen had to have overtime to beat a Sunbelt team? Or rely on a shaky, cokehead kicker to win the East with a field goal at the end against Vandy of all teams? With the exception of Mizzou last year, we’ve not been completely outclassed in any game he’s coached.

Now, the asterisk here is that if the recruiting doesn’t improve immediately, that could end up being the case in the very near future.

right now we're fighting desperately to steal players from Kentucky and Georgia Tech. that says it all.

yes if we were building a better with roster I will be a little more patient. I do actually like the guy more then I ever thought I would.

it doesn't matter, his third straight loss to Georgia will be self-correcting. We are a new coach and three years of elite recruiting away from competing with them.
Fair enough. Why do you bother to follow the team at all anymore? There's obviously zero joy in it now for you.

We have 19 in the class and potentially could take 28. Unlike other years it seems like everybody that we are in on and/or taking visits are blue chippers. This time last year we were looking at 3*s. If, and it's a big if, we fill out the class with 4*s not only do we finish higher but it goes a long way to restocking the class with talent much closer to the "haves".

it's true. I don't enjoy watching this coach of this team struggle to play on the field with Kentucky and struggle to recruit against Kentucky.

1? 2 if you count SC as a “late come from behind victory”, although if memory serves me right, we scored 21 in the fourth quarter.

yeah, ok. we were looking at Alabama's linebackers and Michigan's linebackers a few years ago too.... and Alabama's left tackle (who got kidnapped).... and Alabama's defensive lineman..... then reality sets in.

secret commits all over Twitter then too.

No shyt. In that case I guess the Miami game didn’t count towards your narrative.

Look, I agree with most of what you say, generally speaking, but riddle me this, who else could’ve brought the same stability to the program and turned it around to consecutive 10 and potential 11 win seasons the way Mullen has? You keep screaming this interim coach horseshyt, but who off Butters’ staff would have been the interim for over a season until we made a blockbuster hire to win championships again?

Ever considered anti depressants? Do you feel like its your mission in life to make everyone around you as miserable as you are? Is it because you seldom win a case your representing that makes you such a miserable human being? You really should consider the anti depressants. Nobody is happy about 9-10 win seasons but if we listened to you we would be expecting 3 win seasons. You double talk on a daily basis about facilities and recruiting. I have heard you say we will never win without them yet you constantly bitch about not winning or recruiting good. You should change your name to Fickle.

We lose three 4* seniors: Cleveland, Hammond, Jefferson
And maybe two 4* jr's: CJ and Franks
We already have 12 in the class. That's a +7.
And we have up to 9 spots. I doubt we're gonna fill out the class with 3*s. We're probably looking at something like +12 to the team.

Good Lord, this board is unbelievable. You go on and on regarding the state of the program for the past 10 years on how the facilities suck, the recruiting has sucked, the coaching has sucked, and that the Gator brand is not relevant to the kids today.

Yet, you expect a coach to come in an turn it around immediately with all these failures you all seam to post in every topic. Copy and Paste the same S#it every chance some of you get.

What coach do you really thing would make better difference than Mullen with all the failures you all have continue to point out?

Has Mullen made mistakes? Yes! Would other coached make mistakes, YES!

You say recruiting sucks! Again, go back are read all the negatives out the Gator Program from you own postings and ask why would a recruit want to be a Gator?

I read about how Mullen recruited players that did not qualify. Well God Damn, should he just go after the scholars then? You would just bitch about that!

I know I am going to be slammed, and I really don't care. I don't post as I use these sites to try and stay informed on the Gator Football Team. Unfortunately, every single topic gets slammed with all the same BS on how the Gator Facilities, Gator Recruiting, Gator Coach, and the Gator Program sucks.

Fuk Sake, give it a rest.

LSU loses eight Sr. BC's including two 5*s.
They have 15 BCs in their Jr class including a 5*. I don't know LSU well enough to know who will declare but let's say four. So they're losing 12. Their class is full with 25 and 20 BC's so they'll be +8. (crikey, the rich just get richer).
We gain 4 BCs on them which puts us pretty close to them in overall talent.

UGA loses six Sr. BC's.
They have 15 Jr. BC's including three 5*s. Let's say 5 declare. -11
Their class is no where near full at 16. 14 bc's. Let's be hopeful and say they only add 9 bc's. So they're gonna be +12 overall. So we don't close the gap with UGA.

Probably the same situation at bama.

Any recruit using sports message boards as barometer to what school he should choose has no chance at being successful anyway.

If it's being said in here, it's being echoed out there.
So the hell what? It's being echoed at every damn college in America. Go to the Bama boards and you are going to hear people b!tching. You are going to hear idiots calling for Saban to be fired, and I'm not kidding.

Let fans act like idiots. That's what they do. Anyone who plays sports and can't tune out the fans has no chance at success.

I heard it's against NCAA rules to negative recruit.

Yes, those schools with 40-60 paid recruiting assistants, often with another similar group of interns, they never say anything bad about us and tell all the recruits Cousin Eddie is clearly on the climb.

Franks is the perfect example of a player would could never have long-term success because he can't tune out the fans.
