Did you notice early on the game they all but dismissed the idea of Napier becoming the head coach, despite saying that he appeared to be the favorite? They immediately went to their list of minority guys coaching at unheard of schools. Then topped it off by saying Deion would be a good choice because “ once you get to this level of coaching, the fans don’t care about what school a guy came from.
These guys are so out of touch, they must be … woke.

The last 5 minutes of the game which lasted almost an hour is a microcosm of just completely unaware the players are of situations which falls squarely on the horrendous coaching this team has received. I am not talking about the coaching just today, and regardless of what you think of the refs, we could not get a first down with 5 minutes left and up by 2 scores after Pierce gained 6 yards on first down. and whether you wanted to go for it on 4th down and 1, I have to chastise AR for running the 3rd down like a dancing queen. the 2nd down call was also bad but if AR is astute and knows where the line to gain is, you go into that line like a powerful bull, instead of tip toeing. There were other times during the game where guys on 2nd down had no clue where the sticks were.
Defensively we allowed FSU to go almost 90 yards on their last dive without, I repeat without, having to use either of their 2 TO's remaining. I can no longer stomach the defensive offside penalties game after game or our horrendous DB technique.
BTW what a fitting end with that attempt of an onside kick by the
. I think the ball was touched by a single cleat LOL. I am sure had they gotten the ball 10 or more yards the would have recovered it. Clearly CornRow does not know that UF blows at situational football.
Going to a bowl game will be a complete waste of time. Other have mentioned it. 10 or so more practices of bad coaching, poor techniques and lack of discipline and awareness would be detrimental to any new coach.
