I know you're being a smartass, but he hasn't committed to walk-on - just visited w/ his 2020 teammates who are higher rated. So...I guess we could complain that we can't even get a PWO to commit! :D
No offense, but why isnt it in the 2020 thread?

The PWO kid is a 2019 kid....his teammates are 2020 kids. They were in town visiting and he tagged along. So did the Dessources kid (he's also 2019).

What is with all the hoopla with Sanders anyways....these stats don't exactly jump off the page in comparison to other running backs in the class

12494

He's on a team with one of the other best RBs in the country, Noah Cain. Plus look at his ypc. It's 7 yards his senior yr and almost 10 ypc his soph and junior yrs. He's definitely an elite, top 5 back in this class.

No. The bone crusher explosiveness of the best power back in history of cfb (or at least recent history) was, along with the ankle snapping change of direction of Percy.

It had nothing to do with 40 times. Deonte, Rainey and Demps spent their time getting ragdolled without Tebow sucking the defense in.

40s time measure speed; speed escapes tackles better, more frequently than bash-running.
One season we had OL that opened holes just long enough for Demps to shoot thru (vs LSU). True, Demps got ragdolled whenever his path was blocked. Demps & Rainey achieved a gator rarity when they each ran for over 100 yards in a game, using their speed.

Percy's untouchable greatness shouldn't be used to denigrate other teammates' abilities.?? To resent the smurfs because they couldn't succeed at smash-mouth is like childish pouting. But, then, you relish childish pouting. Percy did very little juking (a planned misdirection turn is not ankle-breaking juking.) He glided thru crowds with speed that made others look like slow motion = speed, speed. Yes, he was certainly stronger, more fierce than any smurf. You're in the ballpark in saying he's the best CFB offensive weapon.

Fast first step, on the O and D, at every position, is what Meyer recruited. That translates to "team speed". IMO.

Can he play Safety? or is he plan b for if we miss on Steele, Elam , and Dent?
Apparently the staff is very high on him and would take him.

I think Steele is a lock, Elam is trending our way but will not count out uga, and Dent is kind of a pipe dream but apparently has warmed up to UF.

Didn't think Dent was trending to us, but didn't want to call this kid a plan B and not mention Dent, who's clearly a take
