Why? I watched a guy just last week rep 315 on incline - and he was just a military guy. Some of these kids are huge.Benchpress 405 pounds? I highly doubt that.

There’s also a big difference between repping and maxing as well as incline and flat.There’s a big difference between 405 and 315.
The guy I saw was probably 5’10, 230 ish. Not a small guy but not a lineman either.By the way, if you were talking about a DL or OL then it’s feasible. There is an OL out of Lake City or Live Oak that benched around 500 pounds. As a junior.
But a linebacker? I’m not saying impossible. But it’s not really believable.
