So far this year Fisher has been below average as a starter. I mentioned I was a little surprised he was made a starter and mentioned I really liked him as a lefty reliever. Have to think Sully is having to reconsider this.

Leadoff walk to the 9 hole hitter comes in to score on a single. Walking the 9 hole hitter? Inexcuseable.

6-5 headed to bottom of 4th. 87 pitches already for Fisher. probably finished given SEC play starts next week or at most he will go back out for no more than one more inning.

good inning for Fisher. 3 up 3 down. 102 pitches over 5 innings. Not ideal but his night is over. Might be a good idea to tack on some runs given the bullpen, but Sully will probaby go to Slater, hope and not mess with the frosh other than Philpott?

As of now Philpott has earned a spot on the weekend ahead of Jameson and Sausage. Need to find a reliable lefty or two out of the bullpen for the weekend.

One hitter for Philpott. gives up a single. Sully immediately going to Neely. Already can see Sully trusts no one in the bullpen other than Slater and Neely regardless of results.

Neely goes 3-2 to first two hitters. Just way too many deep counts for him so far this season.. Walks a guy, then hits a guy to load the bases. Obscene. No feel for the curveballl at all so far
