There's our PG. Stats reportedly show he's a very efficient passer - Golden likes stats.
Trey Bonham announces transfer to Florida
Need to get a couple of big guys now, especially since Reed has decommitted. Insane to think these guys who committed to MW are decommitting. Maybe they don't feel they fit the new system; but what fit did they have in the old system?

This one hurts. This kids a future pro. Not really feeling it as far as this roster for next year. Also lost out to white for our top transfer target

I’m loving this roster. And, the Golden boy ain’t done yet. Reed wasn’t playing big minutes next year anyway.

Reed was my dark horse to start at the 4. 6'10" freak athlete with guard skills. I think Reed has lottery pick ability. Not a fan of the pg we signed or the transfer pg. Fudge was a bench warmer at LSU has no jumper or any other scoring ability outside dunking. The only addition that we've made that is an upgrade is Richard. I know we may get Broome but and would be a big deal but I don't see him Castleton playing together very well at all. I do like Kugel if he gets in though.

I don't think reneau was gonna be a good fit anyhow. That one didn't really bother me.

What exactly is so great about this roster?

Our frontcourt was undersized and lacked depth this year, and so far we've replaced duruji and gatkek with fudge.

If we don't sign Broome or some other big, our frontcourt will be even worse. Reed looked to me like he was going to get plenty of minutes.

Who are you penciling in at the 4? Felder or Fudge? Neither of those guys looks like a starting SEC PF to me.

I get that golden isn't done and he's improved the backcourt, but right now it looks like we are going to spend a lot of time in 4 guard small ball lineups.

Aberdeen would be staying. He is high school teammates with Kugel. Kennedy, Felder, Jitoboh would be the likley pieces moving

Kennedy played in the EYBL with Ward last year. It is doubtful he is going anywhere since they will probably use him to recruit Ward.

They are very different talent levels though. I could see Kennedy leaving unless he is showing Ward around. Just to get playing time

Kennedy is one of two true point guards on the roster, while Lane is a defensive specialist at the 2/3 with almost no offensive ability where he'd be fighting Reeves, Richard, Jones, Ward, Aberdeen and Kugel for minutes.

Aberdeen and Kugel would get PG min over Kennedy imo. Very good with the ball

I haven't watched either of them play. From what I am reading they are okay ball handlers. I certainly wouldn't expect Kennedy to get many minutes. But I wouldn't expect to see Lane out there unless we'd cleared the bench in the final minute of a blowout.

Lane was a top defender in college last season. He will get plenty of min if on the team. Same with Fudge. Might not start but definitely key pieces

Aberdeen and Kugel took turns running the point in high school essentially
