Really, it only strengths the argument that the list is a total joke.
If you want to compile a "best single season for a 2000s QB"...an undefeated season with a national championship and impressive stat line should be at or near the top.
But if we're going to argue best 2000s college QBs, then career numbers like titles, individual accolades, and finally, stats come into play; and on every front, Tebow beats 2 of the 3 in front of him.
Only Mayfield has an argument for being better on the stat sheet (not in titles or accolades)...and even that is only on career passing numbers. Broken down, in things like average yards per attempt and college QB passer rating, the two are fairly equal.
