You could be right. But this isn't a fact. So if you want to base your low opinion of Bell on what you believe then so be it. I'd fully understand given the shape of UF football from the last 4 or 5 coaches.Of course your preference for an ex Gator is understood. But would you also consider Terry Dean? Or Grossman as our next coach? Most likely not. Because they don't have the experience or attributes to lead the Gators in the SEC. Same as Bell. He's not cut out for major college football coaching, especially the SEC. And that's ok. He's great as a P5 coach and that's where he'll stay and have some success. Hell, Spurrier wasn't meant for the NFL and I was fearful of that when he made the change to go to Washington. But that's ok.
kErWiN bElLI'm sure it's pretty safe to say there's not shirtless pics of your boy Kerwin on the internet and if there are, I'm sure you have them bookmarked and punch the clown to them hourly.
He gets more heat than any other UF assistant, when in reality all he’s ever done is pump out great WR play. Never understood it. But yeah I agree. Good start.
I gave your momma sumpin to be happy about.
I heard he's transisitioning to R1D1.R2D2 is probably desperate for anything other than shirtless gaming sessions with Ox.
...and Starter jacket.
You are correct - they were also VERY fashionable and made a comeback! That's not the REAL reason.
I didn't even know we had another QB coach other than the retard.
Bell was a GA for one season under Spurrier, only because he was injured, then left to go back to playing ball. He won a Natty at a D2 school. Yawn. He was an O.C. at USF for one season and they went 4-8 and got Charlie fired. He hasn't sniffed major college football since. He was great as a high school coach. Saying Bell can't handle major college football is fact based on his coaching career, as a HC and coordinator. If Bell was so great, why hasn't he been offered a P4 job? Why hasn't he been a coordinator for a P4 school? From what I've heard, his son seems to be climbing the ladder quickly and has had some success as an O.C. at Pitt. You could be right. But this isn't a fact. So if you want to base your low opinion of Bell on what you believe then so be it. I'd fully understand given the shape of UF football from the last 4 or 5 coaches.
But it's also NOT a fact that Kiffin would be as successful, or more successful, at UF than what he's done at Ole Miss. Yet I'm basing my low opinion of him off of his personality and actions. He is a child. I will admit that he's trying to turn a corner but once a snake sheds, they're still a snake. I don't mind rooting for his development while at Ole Miss.
Fifty bucks.I gave your momma sumpin to be happy about.
That avatar is next level excellent. Mount Rushmore of UAA failure. He's just getting ready to talk schidt about us when we own LSU's ass again. Everybody loves us when we're irrelevant, but the second we enter the conversation for the playoffs, our coach will become the most hated man on the planet. It happened to SOS, it happened to Urbs, and it will certainly happen to Lane Kiffin if he comes here. Brando is scared to death of the thought.
I mean this kind of shyt when trying to have a serious discussion about coaches and someone putting Bell's name in the hat gives that slap dick Brando ammo to blast our fan base for being toxic. Please stop fighting over Kerwin Bell, who obviously is never going to be considered. Ridiculous waste of time. Next person who advocates for him gets a vacation.
Ah ... now I remember.CaseyGator said:I feel like I vaguely remember Brian Kelly forced an assistant (may have been a grad student) to go up in a lift on a windy day to film practice and the guy fell out of the lift and died. Or am I making that up?
