One of the biggest differences that I noticed was quite simply that our defense finally decided they were going to tackle the other team's ballcarrier. Much better tackling Saturday night.

I don't think this is a scheme independent result. Playing a 3-4 with big bodies up front freed up LB's and safeties to take approaches to come up and tackle more freely, rather than trying to tackle while also fighting off second level blockers. The result is seemingly better tackling. Oh, and Marco and Stiner were out. The first misses tackles very frequently and the latter takes awful angles and doesn't even get credited with missed tackles.

One thing I forget to add was that as I listened to Mick and Lee on WRUF, I got very tired of the Biden commercials. I know which way they lean , but dang if it didn’t piss me off to have to hear it during a football broadcast!
