Haha.

Marshall is a problem child and teaming him up with Percy the problem child will be a riot! I mean Percy blew it in Seattle. All he had to do was stay down and be a good teammate and he couldn't. The Jets got both Marshall and Harvin cheaply and it's easy to figure out why.

The hilarity is … Marshall was brought in to set a good example for Percy.

Be a good idea to shape Percy's contract with a "too-low" base and good behavior bonuses that skyrocket
his final pay.

I'd write his contract pay per game, per whole game played, not just three plays and "I have a migraine".

No, Marshall is being brought in and Percy is getting cut.

I never heard of any issues Percy had with the law other than his love of weed. I think he's just a prima donna type.

I didn't hear anything out of NY Jets where Harvin was an issue. But reports out of Seattle when he was traded was that he never properly learned a route tree, and was poor route runner. Had issues in the locker room with at least one physical altercation, openly questioning the coaching staff and not showing up for meetings, and when not force fed the ball early would get disinterested. Including in his last game with the team, telling the coaching staff he wasn't going to reenter the game. Now this was all rumors and no one put their name on it... so there is no telling what is true and what wasn't.

Albert Haynesworth had an attitude and was struggling to produce on the field, the Pats picked him up.

Corey Dillon had an attitude problem and was starting to dwindle. Pats pick him up and he has his best season with them.

Haynesworth (5th Round Pick) was gotten well below market value and with a restructured contract. Dillon was the odd man out with Rudi Johnson taking over for him, but the Begals got good value (2nd Round) for him.

I was only pointing out that the Pats are known to take on players with attitude issues. If you fail there, then you are most likely out of the league.
