I don't know that we can blame Roper, except for the fact he allowed himself to be hired by the Chump Slump. You see what happened to Malzahn when the "mother of all DCs" appeared at Auburn -- his offense and DEFENSE went into the dung heap. This guy is a blight on the game.

Not surprised by any of the shenanigans that WM does. This guy absolutely doesn't get it and never will. It always seems to me that he's always right and everyone else doesn't get a grip or know the midline. I've always wondered about the professional relationship between him and Saban. Perhaps that's why WM was left hanging after he jumped from the Dolphins. Also, Roper must be in a more desperate situation to saddle back up with that stench. Perhaps Cleveland is worse than Columbia.
