No, he didn't. He was worse than Crucial at picking every top player to come to UF. 95% of his predictions were worthlessly vague.

He said what you wanted to hear so you believed it.

so he was as qualified as someone on ESPN.

And that my friends, is the point. When you make a site for the purposes of "predictions", it's gonna be pretty hard to legally find fault regardless of prediction accuracy. Him using a false identity really has nothing to do with the site or the predictions because the false ID had no bearing on either. People paid to get someones inside scoop... he gave it. And you cant really say he wasnt at least attempting to get info. He communicated with half the kids we were recruiting, that alone is enough to show intent and means to provide exclusive info. People just need to move on, its embarrassing enough without trying to sue and be further embarrassed when it goes nowhere.
