Beef is hard to beat. Tonight’s dinner was slow smoked beef rib with 3 lb bone in ribeye as a side. caymus in the glass.
(Part of the ribeye cut off for kids that didn’t want Gorgonzola and an Italian style chimichurri)
Now to bourbon
Pork chops can be good, but I agree veal and lamb are better. I enjoy duck, but WTF is Slevin talking about being better than any of these other options?
Now, if my butcher could only sell his name and likeness.
