I will give credit to the posters on here that have been saying for a couple years this is where the defense was headed, I never thought it would look this bad and dysfunctional, boy was I wrong.

Unfortunately, there isnt a quick fix. We landed three heavies last signing day, maybe they will develop quickly but they arent elite (save Dexter) and I dont think will be truly ready until 2022. Our line game is kind of complex, with lots of stunts. Newbies wont be able to do it.

LB is worse. Maybe we can get a juco or transfer ILB.

Absent some gamechanging personnel arrivals, I actually expect next year to be worse than this year on defense.

He will be ready for reps in three years more or less.
