Wife just suprised me with this banana pudding.

I should really pay more attention to what she's telling me at times.

Great looking meal SFG. What was the vino of choice you had as a compliment?

Grilled chicken, French potato salad with fresh dill and thyme from the herb garden, tomato, corn on the cob, sweet tea with lemon and the peonies from the flower garden. Sliced strawberries for desert are not pictured.

PS: My wife placed the flowers.
Looks great Joe. Love the peonies and I’d pay big bucks for this salt & pepper shakers.

Your wife sure knows how to present an exquisite dinner . Perhaps you can share some of your cooking with us next weekend buddy . Just don’t burn the house down .

Man, this guy’s an obvious grad of Le Cordon Bleu. He’d be hard to stand up against in an Iron Chef battle. I see him as...

I think my fare appeals more to older women, drunks, and bull shooters.

Man his show was great. I remember him doing blackened redfish. Cajun rub, cup of Each salt, red pepper, white pepper, black pepper. Throw in cast iron. Instructions, do not do this in the house, your vent will not handle the pepper cloud!

Grilled chicken salad, romaine lettuce, roasted corn sliced from the cob, pasta salad, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, bacon, and orange poppyseed salad dressing. The obligatory sweet tea with lemon. Topped off with a desert of hot peach pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Dang Joe, don't go dying on us. Like the 'Murica napkins as well.

We’ve got a graduation drive through this evening, so I had to scout out something to eat instead of assembling at home. Beef O’Brady’s was about the only place I could go to without sitting in the pickup truck...

Chicken Nachos not too bad. First restaurant I’ve been to since March 13. I think I’m enjoying cooking at home more and more.

Graduation has a sad pall cast over it this year. One of the senior boys was killed in a car wreck last night. Getting ready to start out the next phase of life. All changed in the blink of an eye. His dad was one of my conditioning kids when I first started teaching and coaching. Tragic. Best that can be hoped for is that it will get somebody’s attention and help keep them on this side of the ground. May he rest peacefully.
