The exchange was fine. #51 (center? right guard) got blown up and pushed back into the QB.

Buttfumble was much worse. This isn't the first time a QB tripped on his O-lineman to have a bad exchange or sack. Probably happens every year. I've never seen anyone make a buttfumble play like Sanchez did.

Exactly, Sanchez inexplicably planted his nose in the O-lineman's ass crack. In this play he just handed the ball off to the RB's nuts. Not nearly as embarrassing as dirty Sanchez' butt fumble.
