I don't even think he's on the depth chart.

As for Maye, would be nice to have him, but EMU passing game is HORRIBLE...we don't need really need him, though it would have been good for him to get the reps before SEC play, even if our first game is against UK.

Powell was a 4* guy but has had trouble getting on the field. This is his 4th year and he still about 10-15 pounds under where he should be. Sucks for Maye as well but we are loaded at safety right now. Neither will effect the gameplan.

That makes no sense. Powell is a LB who isnt even on the depth chart. What does it have to do with Maye?

It's two part. Powell had a knee scope and Maye is still hobbled by an injury. looks that way because it's a tweet....

Poole appears to be "starting" at CB opposite VH, but he's likely just the "heavy" CB meaning he'll be in there when down and distance suggests a run.

In Nickel packages, Poole is listed as the #2 behind Maye, suggesting Poole may move inside in the nickel with one of the freshmen playing outside. Mushchump likes big safety type guys playing nickel and dime.

Of course, these things will change rapidly in the first three weeks.
