Doesn't it seem likely that miami's NIL entity is going to struggle to meet current obligations; that some active players might not get what was promised; and that current commits will also see their deals renegotiated or catch wind of promises not being met?

The DoJ and FBI inquiries will carry the most weight right now from a perception standpoint. But it’s the SEC that will drain him financially and be his undoing. They’ll outlast him and force a major settlement, always their endgame. Anything criminal from there will just be icing on the cake.
