If the Bolts lose a game in this series, this title will come with an asteric cause Montreal has no business even being in this Stanley Cup. It would be worth the Born meltdown and anguish that we see in every skittish post during the game if the Bolts do lose a game. Probably one of the worst Stanley cup finals series to ever be seen.

PS When you accuse every opponent in the playoffs of being thugs, guess what it means? It means your high skilled team is soft and lacking complete players. The Red Wings got away with it for a few years too when they dumped all their physicality for skill, then they sucked. But we didn't accuse other teams of being goons, cuz we're not closet soccer fans.

In reality for how much they dominated pretty much all the offensive stats in regulation, they got out lucked tonight. They hit a lot of posts, and had a lot of near misses.
The indictment on them is not scoring on a 4 minute power play. Zero excuses for that.
Montreal IS thugging this series up though. Its the only way they can compete with a superior team. They were 24-21 in the regular season for a reason. Its what all the teams we've played have done in this playoffs when they';ve realized they can't beat the bolts. They start playing dirty. Its all they got. Back in 2019 it worked and colombus swept them.
FYI I've not watched a soccer game in my life. Zero interest
