Yet, morons like Smart and Chump still value it. If the difference is extreme, of course it matters but other factors likely come into play and are more important. AF had a 45-15 advantage last night against WSU. That definitely helped them win but that wasn’t the primary factor - WSU just couldn’t stop the triple option. It mattered more back in the days of 3 yards and a cloud of dust, but it is completely irrelevant for modern offenses.
I think they are going to slowly step back. Baylor showed their cracks this year. He’s no Stoops from a HC perspective. Heck of an OC though.Lincoln Riley is the best O-coordinator masquerading as a head coach in the history of college football
Can the committee stop putting this little 12 trash in the playoffs? There are a few sure things in life. Death. Taxes. Okrahomo getting their azz kicked in the playoffs.

What’s more embarrassing - our loss to Nebraska or Oklahoma loss to LSU?
Can we finally make peace with the idea that the Big 12 is nothing more than the Mountain West without the peaks?
Even this guy is impressed by how savage that was:
Meh, the 2nd half for us was bad as Nebraska curb stomped us but IIRC we were close (within 10) about 3 mins before the half. Our loss to Nebraska was way worse for a couple of reasons. First it was the NC game so to speak. Secondly, to me, it always looks worse when a team gets pushed around physically like a shopping cart as Nebraska did to us, vs. today's game of more uptempo, passing game. If the final score were not really reflective of how the games truly went, you could then make a decent case. But in both of the games you reference they were men vs. little girls. Somehow getting bulldozed seems worse then getting beat over the top, IDK it's just me.

Moral Victory #2?so the gators played lsu the most competitively all season....and that was without grenard or zuu
More moral victorying.

However, Oklahoma looked over matched from the start to the finish and only made progress against 2nd stringers.
