Recruiting Mac already meeting recruits (Part 3)

I'll be shocked if we have a really strong class... Top 10 would be amazing. I'm hoping we can get a top 20 class this year. We only have a few commits right now and nobody knows if any of these other guys are coming. We are all hoping, but until they commit and sign the paper there is no telling what is going to happen.

This is either going to be McElwain pulling off a good to amazing class or not being able to recover from Muschamp...

Yep...anything in the top 20 would be awesome considering the mess we are in recruiting wise. I just wish that if Cowart, Jefferson, and Ivie are truly going to UF they would just do it already and get the positive momentum going for us.

I never had high expectations when Champ was hired. I hoped he would succeed and wanted to see improvement but never saw him as the right guy for the job.....

Most people thought it was a great hire as he was viewed as a DC who was going to be a great HC. Obviously that wasn't the case, but you never know with these things.

meh. Birmingham bowl which was nothing more than an audition for a new coach for whom he would not be playing.

Even if he wasn't hurt (which he allegedly was) - I'll give him a pass. If he'd planned on sitting out, he'd have pulled a Debose.
