I went to several sites trying to determine that and none referenced it. Finally found a story on KSHB Ch. 41 that states no postseason conference tournament participation.

It is just one of the rules, for everyone. A championship game is considered post-season.

Barry Odom is pissed that Tennessee is reaching out to his seniors to transfer. This is a great quote:
