Moreover, they are correct legally, I think. They found the problem and reported it. It was an independent person and not a coach or similar.
It's damn thin to try to claim the university should have known. The reported the problem and admitted the allegations. They better have lots of evidence of something else (willful ignorance or lack of institutional control) or this will get laughed out of court. And it will go to court.
If they don't have the stones to handle UNC, scUM, Trailerbammer and Barn, why bother with the NCAA. Everyone should just pay their players and be done with it.
The NCAA is just G5 and other little league teams forcing kids who otherwise would have zero interest in going to a shythole geographical school to attend there or else the get no scholly anywhere.
That being said, fvkk Methzu. I think losing to Methzu is the most embarrassing thing that could happen to a school.
