Don't forget where his/our 2015 recruiting class was when we was fired. We were in the triple digits. Not all that dissimilar to Taggart, recruits will only buy his message for so long, especially when other coaches can insinuate that his job is not secure(that clock starts ticking mid 2019). Once his "I was left nothing/building something/doing it the right way" pitch gets stale, and players, their families, and HS coaches start looking at the overall body of work, he will struggle in that regard as well.
And of course, in terms of gameday coaching, keep in mind that if not for Henderson literally just dropping the ball at the 2 on his pending pick-6, we maybe win that game in 2017. A team led by an interim head coach, completely dejected on life itself, with zero conditioning and a 3rd string QB was a play or two away from beating him at home last year. He is not a threat to us in any way. The guy's a chimp that shouldn't even be allowed near players. It's only unfortunate that he won't be there longer.
