If you hired a guy as a plant to destroy Gator athletics, I don’t think even he could do as good of a job as Stricklin has

Their only wins are a bad ND team and Auburn. Both at home. We had Auburn on the road and had a shot at the end to win. Their 3rd best win is like Chattanooga
And our only power five wins are against 4-11 FSU and 7-7 Oregon State.

We’re 0-7 vs top 100 teams and needed a miracle comeback to beat a depleted FSU team. We’re bad.

Lost at the end. Trash refs
While I realize we suck... and we probably need better players before can know for sure if our coach sucks (I hope golden can recruit)...

I'm baffled at the final ~8 minutes of the game. It's a blocking foul if your feet aren't set, unless you're playing against UF? And it's not a foul if you bloody the ball carrier's lip, as long as you're playing UF?

I don't understand the rules.

So we are now 7-7 and 0-2 in the SEC. SEC play and schedule is very unforgiving so we are looking at a 2-14 record in the SEC, maybe 4-12 if we can get some lucky wins. We also play Keyonte Johnson and KSU in a few weeks and they are currently 13-1 and Keyonte looking AMAZING averaging 17 points a game like he had no medical condition at all. Our final record might end up being 10-21 on the year. I don't know when was the last time we had 20 losses in a season but as of right now we are definitely trending in that direction.

In another month we can watch what used to be the top baseball program in the country flounder around for another season while we reminisce about championships and trophies in the not so distant past.
I guess that the only solution that we can hope for is for the new president to come in and take a hard look at the athletics program and make the real changes required by removing TWO athletics directors.
I honestly don’t see this happening but hope is all we have at this point.

1989-90. 7-21. Don DeVoe.

One of those wins that season was against LSU with Shaq, an absolute miracle.

and that team had such great talent. The Devoe debacle was a bad decision times 100.
