Gators outscore Vandy 30-14 in the 2nd half and coast to a comfortable win.

Jitoboh was my MoTM today--had 8 pts, 10 rebounds...but was active on the defensive end and a lot of those rebounds were on the offensive glass that resulted in quick 2nd chance buckets to stretch the lead.

Important win going into a busy week.

I ran errands and then saw the last 5 minutes or so. Happy for the win, still not convinced this season will be anything special. I hope Strickland is scouting HC candidates.

He is going to win just enough to save his job.

Does it even count as a win even though none of us watched the game per instructions?

Ball movement is so much better with Castle on the bench. Its like they know they gotta pass till someone is open instead of running the offense through him. I Have NEVER seen so many good looks from 3 for this team and three of the shots went in and out from the 3. All of them are sort of streak shooters. Good win today. tough defense and Pips boy looked mortal.

I'm watching the Miss State game tonight (I haven't seen Gators Basketball much this season as life is topsy turvy right now). I hope there's been a lot made on this board about Kowacie Reeves! I try not to be an old-school, conservative, players have to be high and tight and carry themselves professionally at all times kinda guy. However, that kid needs to cut his hair like someone with some sense or get cut from the team. ...this might seal it for me on joining the call to fire Mike White if Reeves keeps his hair like it is much longer.

I love his hair. I was in that transition from 50s to 60s and had coaches that made me cut my hair. Then coaches that didnt give a shttt. If it works for him (and it appears to) I think is funny as hell and has to distract his opponents too. I went on a construction site in 1973, summer in Venice Fla. Long hair. That hair came off then. Unlike Sampson, I was still a bad ass without it. Cowacie is cool. Reminds me a little of one of the fellas on In Living Color.

In the new NIL age, I think his hair is a smart move. Otherwise he looks like any other player on the court. If he can profit from it, I say why not.

Agreed, that was a game changing show

The interesting thing is that this show would be forced off the air today by the cancel culture after the first episode because some Americans no longer possess a sense of humor
