I think the current term now is "exceptional."

I found out because when I was working with children, I had to take this child to his "exceptional" school. I thought it was going to be geniusus with cello's and science projects. Boy was I wrong.

I thought Rattler was terrible but he's developed into a good QB. He looks like a total douche. I don't like the guy. Buuuuuuut...his name belongs in that top tier. It's not his fault his OL sucks like Kamala Harris.

He has major meltdown level, game losing flaws though. But, if you want, he can replace this guy:



Joking aside, I feel for the kid, who was coming into his own some. But, with all the new rules, this season won't count, and he'll be playing his 6th year at a third school in 2027 taking away a scholarship from a HS kid.
