Well, if this is the right choice, why didn't he make it before he hired the guy who suddenly departed? It's fine. I hope it works out. Would be nice to be a tough, physical team, or at least prepared to be physical. The team will likely still mirror the demeanor of its HC and so I expect a lot of smiles, smirks and casual awe shucks head nodding when things don't go well on the field.
