SDS calls the presser an indictment of the way Muschump damaged the psyche of the team. Players are so afraid to get chewed out for a mistake that they are afraid to make a play.
This is true. Driskel was the worst. He was basically taught just to hand it off to the punter and get off the field. Keep the clock running. Even a sack is great because the clock doesn't stop.

Really like this guy's attitude and he's not afraid to call the players out if they aren't performing.

From Alboverdi:
I think the presser sums that up pretty well. Mac eluded to TH moves the 2's better than will. Not sure if that is glowing endorsement for someone fighting for the 1 spot. Also talked about how KT is starting to stick his foot and head upfield rather than getting to the sideline. OL sure is a work in progress, but....they are going up against a helluva D too. I think the OL will be better than anticipated barring some injuries.

Duncechamp got into these guy's heads the wrong way. I like how Mac is approaching the players as he described in the presser. He telling them its ok, and you have a right to play hard and go after the ball. That last asshat HBC had these guys so tight they were afraid to make plays. Law, you're right. JD had his issues but WM totally blew that Kid's mental approach to the game. Instead of coaching him up, he destroyed his confidence.
