There are any number of billionaires who will step up and write all or most of that check.

I'm just happy it isn't us anymore, Butch is losing close and keeping half the fan base thinking they are just a play or two away even though that's every year. Charlie is just getting handled, I really don't understand all of the talking heads out there that think Charlie is still the man for the job. He might make it through the year but he'll be gone after, Jones will probably be gone by the end of the year too if they don't beat UGA.

Tenn cannot afford to fire Sgt. Carter nor do they have any options. Let's not forget that Sgt. Carter was somewhere between 7th and 30th on their list of candidates when they hired him.
Texas can sign practically anybody to be their coach and buyouts are not an issue.

Y​es they can. Both programs have big donors. Sometimes, as mentioned previously, it's more costly to not make the change.

I think we should pay off Bitch Jones' contract just so we can see them get rejected by every coach in the country again.

I think Strong will be the first to go. He really has lost the team, students - everyone - probably the all-important donors, too. And I don't think money will be an issue. The Sips are rich - and they have tons of deep-pocketed donors. The issue is the AD. They're currently looking for an AD and I doubt they make a move until that position is filled.
