Featured The Coaching Search Thread; Stricklin "handling" it

Look who our AD is. Nerdy Drinkywit is exactly the culture they have been trying to build post-Meyer. He’s Big Jeremy and Little Scotty’s wet dream.

Kiffy may not be the home run we hope, but this has the force of destiny on it, and we have only succeeded when the limp wristed dem bots in the administration were forced to put an HC with a fair amount of “toxic masculinity” at the helm of our team. Maybe Lane fits the bill, maybe someone else does, but SS and the girls will have to be pushed to it.
If Stricklin tries to push Drink down Gator Nations theoat, we serious need to assault administration by every means necessary, Social Media, in person , online whatever it takes. It worked for UT and A&M and one has already been to the playoffs and one is on the verge of a playoff berth in 2025.

Brando is just one of those guys. One when you walk up to him, you just punch him right square in the face. If not, this would be just as suitable.

Who's gonna twist his arm? There is no BHG or Bernie Machen coming to save us.

I would offer the 2009 Florida Meyer probably saw the writing on the wall with Jeremy 'not going to get in a race war' Fooley and took the quickest route out Florida he could.
There was a week in there after the SEC championship game where we lost Meyer and Strong due to Foley.

Can anyone comment or explain why we didn't consider Strong as a replacement for Urban? Was Foley anti-Strong? Did Urban not recommend Charlie? Or was Foley uninterested in trying to steal Strong away from Louisville? I just cannot see how Strong would have been any worse than Chump was.

The notion of Drink is almost universally being rejected by the fans. And from what I’ve seen, none of the bigger boosters who are being asked to help with the buyout, not to mention NIL, want him either. I will be absolutely floored if the people who are being asked to bail out Stricklin’s last mistake are going to within go against the grain again. It would arguably be the most controversial hire SS has made to date and there would be a revolt. Especially if LK were to go to BR, or just not be offered enough, and we give Drink 10-12 mil? Career suicide for Scott if he did that.

Urbs wanted the dAzZLEr to succeed him.

What if...lame kitten is already in the bag...and Sexton is just floating Drinkp!ss's name out there for every position to get his other client a promotion and raise?

Someone should contact Governor Landry and make a trade. We give them SS and they give us Woodward. At least we know Woodward will swing for the fences and it gets rid of Miata Boy.

Part of it is what Neteng said, but it's much more than that. And when Foley tried to circle back to fix the damage he did, it was too late.

Always thought the letter streets were so bizarre. I worked at an office building at the base of the bridge. Nightly drives down BH for a few months was fun.
BH also stands for Bound to be Hijacked. Blue Heron blvd. was called carjack alley for a long time. I was in the Big Brothers program and I used to have to go pick up my "little" there. His father was in prison for strong arm robbery. My wife got pregnant with our first child, then my "little's" father got out of prison. She suggested that it might be a good idea to drop out of the program, which was probably the best advice I've ever gotten.

Some people have no vision or depth perception. Should never have happened. But hilarious nonetheless

I imagine you only begrudgingly even go over the bridge to interact with the West Palmer’s if it’s absolutely necessary.

I can take about 8 seconds of watching hillbillies whistling through the gaps in their teeth when they talk. There's no way I have the patience required to watch that show.

Il Mulino in Orlando/Disney. Used to be much better actually. The flagship in NY is incredible.
