I’m glad he liked it , but it don’t mean Shyte unless he SIGNS
Percy was gone and his 9 yds per carry.
Outside the first series of championship game, yes. I even thought offense was boring in 08.LMAO. Ppl complained in 06 when UF destroyed OSU for the NC??

I know you've heard a lot of talk about coaching around here lately, but don't be fooled. At the root, it's still all about the players. You can have a solid program all you want, but if you don't have top end talent you'll never win. It's why recruiting is so important. Saban wouldn't be the GOAT if he only recruited 3*s.
That was a bad call.Respect your knowledge, Law, but my memory of Leak is the Auburn game, where his attempt to pass was so ineffectual that it was ruled a fumble. And he was in the pocket.

BTW former FSU commit.

It would be a mistake to think that most posters on this site are about winning. No, what matters here are "style points". After we lost Kelly and Frost, we could still have had Strong who would have won NCs. But style points are more important.
Can we change the name of this thread to "Huggins commits to UF, Dean to decide and sign on December 20th"
We had a good weekend. We locked down Huggins, a taller defensive back then what we already have on scholarship (6'2). David Reese was already committed, but he reaffirmed and I don't know for sure but I think he's enrolling early. We really impressed Emory Jones and we have the best available playing time to offer him, so he's gotta be thinking a lot about flipping to us. He's an early enrollee so we will hear news on him very soon. I'm not worried about FSU. Mullen and Johnson have a long standing relationship with Jones and he seems like he doesn't want to go to Ohio State at this point (look at him scheduling visits literally two days before he signs). We made a lasting impression on Trey Dean, another tall DB who could help us immediately in that defensive backfield. So potentially, we could go three for three on Huggins, Jones, and Dean. That's a successful weekend and a pretty stellar finish to a rough start for Mullen in this recruiting class.
If he pulls Jones, I'm really only interested in what Malik Heath, Stephen Guidry, and Jacob Copeland do. Copeland won't be blocking here. He's too much of a playmaker. Heath seems the most likely of the MSU guys, I've read Guidry probably won't qualify.
Yeah, after running 46 option plays.Respect your knowledge, Law, but my memory of Leak is the Auburn game, where his attempt to pass was so ineffectual that it was ruled a fumble. And he was in the pocket.
Yeah, the problem with winning 14-10 coin toss games is that the next year the odds catch up with you and you go 4-8 losing a lot of 10-14 coin toss games. But, heh, if you are one of the few people in the country that misses Bob Davies' veer option, good for you! It's back.We could win every game 14-10 and id be happy as hell. Only tards complain about the manner in which you won. Winning is winning, Period

I don't know why this is option to all these fvkking coaches. Truth is we were GD lucky to be 4-8 this year. We needed two DB slips to get those 4 wins.Exactly and another problem is that it only takes one breakdown to lose. If you are up 42 to 10 and you have a late defensive breakdown you win 42 to 17 and it is no big deal. If you are up 14 to 10 and a DB slips down, you lose.
We could really use him. Here's hoping he understands the concept of freezing weather and doesn't really want to spend four years of his life in a midwestern hell hole surrounded by fat pasty women wearing XXL sweatpants and 3XL sweaters.Word is Jones didnt stay long at FSU, hopefully we can get him with Dean this week and keep it rolling
